'Dear Jock and the Rugged Luxury Team, I ordered a briefcase from you in April and was so delighted with it that I thought you should have the feedback. This briefcase was a birthday request and I had certain criteria that had to be met. Australian made, all leather, well made and a fairly simple design (meaning not 101 pockets to lose things in). It was a huge gamble ordering such an item via the web but all of my concerns and hesitations were dismissed as soon as I opened the box.  After overcoming the beautiful aroma of the leather, first impressions upon seeing the briefcase were, this is perfect, what an absolute work of art!  The workmanship of the whole case is superb.When the new owner received the case she was just as thrilled and felt vindicated in insisting upon good old Aussie made.  She had faith that there were still people in this country who cared about their work and the goods that they manufacture.The briefcase is greatly treasured and is now starting to soften up nicely with use.Thanks once again and I’ve already picked out the handbag I’ll be requesting for my birthday later in the year.
